Glossary for Conference call system

Access Code – A set of numeric digits entered after dialing the conference call dial-in number and being connected to the conference bridge. The access code directs the caller to the appropriate conference.

Auto-Expansion - Our conference bridges will often allow more than the scheduled number of Participants to enter a Web-Scheduled conference (up to 150 Participants for our Web-Scheduled Standard service and 150 for Web-Scheduled Premium 800 service), if space is available on the server at the time. Note that this determination is made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Auto-Extension - Our conference bridges will automatically extend the duration of a Web-Scheduled conference beyond the scheduled end time if resources are available.

Card Security Code (CSC) - A 3 or 4 digit number that makes it possible to check the validity of the credit card data. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover the Card Security code is the last three digits printed in the signature area on the back of the credit card. For American Express the CSC is the 4 digits printed on the face of the credit card above the card number.

Conference ID – An optional label you can use for your own tracking purposes (e.g. department, project, client, expense, etc.) that will appear on your receipt and downloadable statement. Conference ID is only available for Web-Scheduled Premium 800 conferences.
